  1. A phone or skype conference with you is required for our team to effectively build your sales page. We will make every effort to work within your available schedule, but work cannot begin prior to this conference. In this conference, you will receive expert consulting on your product positioning, branding and marketing.
  2. Your page will be hosted on the LaunchMoxie site in a sub-directory or sub-domain.
  3. Membership in the Author CO-OP is required before sales page design work may begin. Use the CO-OP traffic strategies to drive customers to your page.
  4. Payment for the page creation, copywriting and design must be made in advance of work. You will be given a rough timeline for the completion of your page.
  5. Payment for monthly hosting should not be started until your page has been approved by you. Your page will go LIVE online when you begin your hosting auto-payment.
  6. Changes made after approval of your page are subject to hourly rates.
  7. We make no claims as to the success of your sales from the use of our sales pages. Many factors determine the success of an online offer and your sales page is only one part of the puzzle.
  8. We strive to provide the fastest performance and minimal downtime for all pages we host. However, you will not be compensated for occasional and reasonable server downtime or performance issues.
