Dr. Chris Wagner is an engineer and a channel for Divine Light.
He has a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Computer Science and Statistics, and a PhD in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. He has written several books and is an ordained minister.
As a faculty member and researcher in Artificial Intelligence for over 35 years, he has worked diligently on models to bring human intelligence into computers. This work has spanned the fields of automatic program generation, databases, enterprise resource planning systems, knowledge bases, knowledge representation, linguistics, natural language understanding, and web programming.
Dr. Wagner’s connection to Divine Light started early in life at the age of 4. After repeated experiences of spontaneous shifts into higher awareness over his life, he accepted that life’s possibilities go well beyond the scientific. Since then he has lead hundreds of public experiences of connecting to Divine Presence and counseled thousands of people.
The focus of Dr. Wagner’s current efforts is raising the level of human consciousness using thoughts, music, experience and technology. He firmly believes that this is crucial and must be done soon to help avoid human suffering. Technology, by itself, does not advance the human species – when it is still directed and implemented from a low level of awareness. Yet technological possibilities coupled with a higher level of human awareness can lead to cultural decisions that are simultaneously good for all people, other life on the planet, and the future viability of the planet.
