I grew up feeling totally powerless. I had a tough childhood with no guidance from the adults in my life. A muddle of other people’s beliefs, ideas and projections, I was deeply unhappy and very lost. Afraid of being judged and found inferior. And because that’s what I expected, that’s what I got.

With the help of a lot of wonderful people, I’ve worked my way through anger, fear, lack of confidence, and the demoralizing consequences of choosing one crappy job after another, and staying too long. Somehow I had to break that cycle! I did it by unraveling and shifting negative thoughts, strong emotions and limiting beliefs I thought were “just the way I am.”

Now I’m grateful to be able to give back. I developed this program to help you understand, cultivate and embrace your best self to create a satisfying and financially sustainable career and a full life you love.
