Lydia’s specialization as a coach is to help men and women to overcome their burnout. She has been working for the Investigation Criminal Court of Law for more than ten years, interviewing witnesses, victims, persons of interest, psychologists, specialists. In 2009 she started to work in HR. She has extensive experience in asking the right questions, and listening to each person without judgment or bias.
Lydia experienced and overcame her own burnout by herself. Her deep dive revealed how to recognize and manage stress, become happy again, get a healthy balanced life, and set boundaries and priorities. She learned to delegate and mastered the art of dealing with complex or demanding people, as well as the “art of saying no” by ordering her thoughts, emotions, feelings and re-evaluating her norms and values.
