Your CrowdFunding fee includes:

  • By joining our Premium-Level Campaign Management service.

Promoting your own or other CO-OP member offers earns you reciprocal promotion in return. For example, if you send 1000 opt-ins to your own offer, we’ll send 1000 to your offer page in return. Then, if you send 1000 to another CO-OP offer, we’ll send 1000 to your offer in return. That’s the beauty of CO-Operative Joint Venture marketing.

If you decide to join our Premium-Level Campaign Management service, you get…

  • A LaunchMoxie campaign manager assigned to you.
  • A minimum of 2 Joint Venture bookings per month (bookings drive traffic to your offer).

Terms & Conditions

  1. A phone or skype conference with you is required for our team to effectively build your crowdfunding page. We will make every effort to work within your available schedule, but work cannot begin prior to this conference. In this conference, you will receive expert consulting on your funding strategy.
  2. Your page will be hosted on the LaunchMoxie site — as part of your CO-OP optin sequence that we provide for you. A free gift offer is required to complete this optin sequence. We will advise you on best practices for creating this gift offer, but creation of the gift itself is not included in your CrowdFunding campaign fee. Optionally, you may wish to use our Mini-eBook Publishing program to create a mini-ebook as your gift.
  3. You are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of the CO-OP Membership as well as these Terms & Conditions.
  4. Payment for the page creation, copywriting and design must be made in advance of work. You will be given a rough timeline for the completion of your page.
  5. We make no claims as to the success of your campaign from the use of our crowdfunding pages. Many factors determine the success of a campaign.
  6. We strive to provide the fastest performance and minimal downtime for all pages we host. However, you will not be compensated for occasional and reasonable server downtime or performance issues.
  7. You agree to honor all donation agreements by fulfilling all funding rewards (perks) as promised on your page.
  8. We may disable your CrowdFunding campaign and remove your CrowdFunding page from the CO-OP if any of your donation buttons, IPN settings, or other assets not hosted by the CO-OP become disconnected or otherwise non-functional, or if you fail to fulfill your funding promises as noted in #7 above.
