  • A legitimate mailing address must be included in the email.
  • All bulk emails must provide an “unsubscribe” link.
  • Privacy policies should be clearly posted on the optin or before optin confirmation (there is no law against sharing emails or sending unsolicited emails (except in Canada) but policies should be posted before opt-in is complete).
