Focused Mind

I believe that my success mostly depends on my talents, abilities and circumstances—not my mindset.

I use much of my time to deliberately imagine what I want.

Predicting the future is a crapshoot--you can’t train your brain to do this better.

Daydreaming makes me feel more productive.

Talking to myself does not genuinely increase my confidence; besides it's a bit strange to do this.

Being "well-adjusted" is overrated.

Dabbling would waste my time--why be a Jack or Jane of all trades but a master of none?

Negative feedback rarely lingers on my mind.

I prefer to do tasks one at a time--multitasking is annoying.

I love doodling--it's is a way of concentrating that improves my memory.

External reality is my greatest guide--by being aware of what is happening, I find the answers to life's greatest challenges.

Social impact matters less than my personal satisfaction and sense of purpose.

I see no value in frequently "coming apart" -- I hate losing my footing in life.

I believe that the whole idea of our brains being connected across long distances is weird.
